Dennis & Cindy Land, Lead Pastors
The Lands grew up as childhood friends and high school sweethearts in Andrews, TX. Pastor Dennis attended Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie,TX and they married in 1977. Taking their first pastorate at First Assembly of God in Livingston, TX in 1982, the Lands then moved to First Assembly of God here in Nacogdoches, TX in 1992. Enjoying their four sons, Brad, Nathan, Blake and Colton, daughter-in-laws Heather and Valerie, and grandchildren Noah, McKenna and Ava is a priority in their lives. Pastor Dennis is also Presbyter of Lufkin Section Assemblies of God and Cindy is the Lufkin Section Women's Ministry Representative.
Richard & Dottie Konderla, Children's Pastors
The Konderla family has been serving at this church since 1999, but has been in children's ministry since 1986. Pastor Richard grew up in various places includingTennessee, Louisiana & Texas and uses his God given talents of music and art in a high impact presentation that has proven very effective in inner city outreach to kids. Dottie grew up in California and Arkansas, and they married in 1981. They have six children, Jeremy, Heidi, Andrew, Chase, Lance and Valerie, two daughter-in-laws Julia and Melanie, and one son-in-law Chip.
Jason & Tina Ellis, Youth Pastors
The Ellises met in March of 2008 at International Church of Nacogdoches. A year later, Pastor Jason and Tina were married on March 7, 2009 in Livingston, TX. Pastor Jason came on board at ICON as youth pastor in April 2009, but has been in youth ministry for about 5 years, most recently as the jr. high youth pastor in Livingston, TX. Pastor Jason grew up in Corpus Christi, TX. He graduated from Texas A&M University - Commerce. Tina graduated from Nacogdoches High School and SFA. She has been serving with Glory Gand since 2003.
